Yes! While most of our items are made to order, we do have select products available in stock. If you need something urgently, feel free to contact us, and we’ll check availability for your desired design.

We always have selected Leg Protectors for Standards in stock, though not all designs are available. Additionally, selected designs of Fluffy Chain Collars in sizes 35cm, 40cm, and 55cm (our best-selling sizes) are available for quick shipping. Other in-stock items include the Satin Collection, Fluffy Martingales, Poodle Mania Fluffy Martingales, Slip Leads, Pillows, and Accessories.

Products that are in stock will display a message like 'In stock, ship in 3 days' (highlighted with a pink dot) along with the available quantity. Made-to-order products will show a black dot and a message like 'Made to Order - 10-20 business days production.' These visual indicators help you distinguish the availability status of each product. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

Always measure tightly to the skin between the coat, as all dogs usually have some coat. Ensure no fingers are inside. If your dog has a full show coat or wears wraps, measure between the coat or wraps. This precise measurement is very important to us, so feel free to include it in the notes at checkout.

It’s the only way we can ensure your dog’s real neck size. We don’t know how loosely or tightly you’d measure with your fingers inside, so following our instructions allows us to align your measurements with our sizing guide.

We’ve created hundreds of collars, so please trust our process. If you prefer collars to be looser, contact us, and we’ll guide you to choose the correct size.

If you’re unsure about the correct size, please contact us before ordering. Guessing your dog’s size could result in a collar that doesn’t fit, and it’s not our responsibility if the measurements provided are incorrect. We always work with the dimensions you provide to create the perfect fit for your dog.

If your dog has a dense coat with wraps or if you prefer a looser fit (e.g., your dog has excellent recall and doesn’t require a snug fit), you can opt for a larger size. However, be cautious—choosing a size that is too large may result in the collar not sitting properly on the neck. Always reach out to us for advice if you're unsure about the best size for your dog.

It’s important to measure your dog’s neck rather than an existing collar because each brand designs collars differently, and the length of the collar doesn’t always align with the neck size. For products like Fluffy Martingale Collars and Fluffy Magnetic Collars, precise neck measurements are essential to ensure the best fit and comfort for your dog.

The meaning of the size in centimeters depends on the type of collar:

Fluffy Magnetic Collars and Fluffy Martingale Collars:

The size refers to the neck measurement you took, not the total length of the collar. These collars are longer due to filling and overlapping parts. Measuring directly from your dog's neck ensures a proper fit. If your dog has a full show coat or wears wraps, measure between the wraps. Avoid measuring an existing collar, as each brand measures differently.

Fluffy Chain Collars:

The size refers to the chain slip collar’s measurement without the padding. This is very important to note. Based on our experience:

• 35cm: Typically fits Toy Poodles with necks up to 23–24cm (depending on coat).
• 40cm: Fits Miniature Poodles with necks up to 28–29cm (depending on coat).
• 45cm: Suitable for larger Miniatures or Medium Poodles with necks from 29–30cm with coat. If you are on that minimum line, it really depends!
• 55cm: Ideal for Standard Poodles in most cases.
• 60cm: Recommended for males with necks over 39–40cm and big show coats.

• Note: For sporty grooming styles, 55cm may fit perfectly.

Important: These recommendations are based on our experience and are intended as a general guide. Every dog is unique, and factors like coat density and grooming style can affect the fit.

For the smallest puppies, we recommend Candy Satin Martingale collars. These come in four sizes, providing plenty of room for growth while being gentle on the coat. Slip leads are also an excellent choice as they combine a collar and leash in one, with a stopper to ensure it’s ethical for the puppy and gentle on their throat.

As the puppy grows, you can transition to the Fluffy Martingale Collar. These collars are super fluffy due to their filling and still provide room for growth. However, once the puppy reaches adulthood, you will need to switch to a larger size to ensure a proper fit.

Yes, the magnetic buckle used in our collars is the highest quality available on the market. We have sold hundreds of collars over the past three years, and we’ve never received a single report of failure. If the buckle were unsafe or ineffective, we would have redesigned it a long time ago.

Each buckle has been personally tested in rigorous scenarios, including defense training with German Shepherds and Malinois, to confirm its strength and reliability. According to the manufacturer's official specifications, the buckle has a static break load of 70 kg (686 N), ensuring maximum security for your pet while maintaining ease of use. We generally do not recommend Fluffy Magnetic Collars for puppies, as they grow very quickly. However, if you choose to purchase one, keep in mind that your puppy will likely need a larger size once they reach adulthood. Girls typically reach their adult size around 10–11 months, while boys usually grow into their adult size by 11–12 months. This timeline can vary depending on the individual dog.

Absolutely! While originally designed for poodles, our collars are perfect for all breeds, particularly long-haired ones. We’re thrilled to see a variety of breeds enjoying our products. Bichons and Cockers love our Fluffy Magnetic Collar, Huskies, Setters, and Schnauzers adore our Fluffy Martingale Collars, and Clumbers and Border Collies appreciate our Slip Leads. Plus, our Satin Collection is perfect for any breed type!

• We love to use the Fluffy Magnetic Collar in 12cm width on top of wraps, and sometimes we choose the 6cm width to place it between the wraps for extra comfort.
• When we need more control, we prefer the Slip Collar, and for shows, we’re obsessed with the Slip Lead.

Yes, absolutely! We recommend our Eco Leather line. These collars are very strong and durable, yet they maintain a fluffy and comfortable design. One of our farm-living customers has been using the same sample collar for two years with no issues! Satin Collection: If you require a color combination that is not currently offered in our collection, we can produce them in your specific desired colors upon request.

Custom Width in Fluffy Magnetic Collars: If you desire a custom width for your Fluffy Magnetic Collar, it can be arranged using specific fabric materials. However, please note that the design constraints of this product limit the availability of certain widths. Custom widths are offered as a special request and involve an additional fee due to the extended production process and the time required compared to standard versions.

Embroidery: We can embroider names or even customize other products as part of your special request. This service is handled by our bestie, who owns one of the coolest streetwear brands in the country, known for creating luxury-quality embroidery. Their work is unmatched and adds a truly premium touch to any product. For example, the cool jackets often worn by our founder, Theresa, are made by them!

Embroidery is a super-luxury add-on, and due to its specialized nature, it’s not something we offer frequently. Fees are individually calculated based on the complexity of the request. Please note that embroidery may also extend the production timeline.

Leg Protectors

Can you match leg protectors to my collar?

Yes, we can create matching leg protectors for your custom collar! To request a matching set, please choose our Custom Poodle Supply Set product here.
The top and middle part of the leg protectors will have the same pattern as the collar. (Please note: This is not available for the Eco Leather collection, so double-check with us if you are unsure.) At checkout, include a note specifying that you’d like the leg protectors to match the collar in your shopping basket.

Can I create my own color combination for leg protectors?

Yes, of course! The base material must remain the special waterproof fabric we offer on the website, but we can customize the color combination to your preference. Please contact us directly to discuss your custom request. You can view the available base color options here.
