How long does it take to receive an order?

We offer two types of products:
• in-stock
• made-to-order

In-Stock Products:
These items are ready to ship within 1–3 business days.

Stock availability may vary, and we often have additional ready-to-ship pieces that are not listed online.

If you need fast shipping, we may not have the exact item in stock, but we can often ship an alternative that is available.
Please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to check current availability.

Made-to-Order Products:
Production usually takes up to 10–20 business days, depending on the product.

All Poodle Supply products are designed and produced locally, in small batches, as part of a small independent brand.
We do not resell mass-produced items — everything is made in-house, which directly affects production times.

Fluffy Magnetic Collars are always made to order and have the longest production time, as they are the most complex to produce.

Production is often faster than stated, but timelines cannot be guaranteed due to the local and small-scale nature of our production.

If you need your order urgently, we offer Express Production as a paid option at checkout.

If you have a specific deadline or special request, please contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order and mention it in the checkout note.

• All production and shipping times are stated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• During busy periods (such as Christmas or Black Friday), production times may be longer.
